A big well done to Charlie M who took part in the Blackburn Festival of Youth Darts Championship where he played against children from across the UK.
There were two separate competitions running over the weekend and he was a beaten semi-finalist on the Saturday and went on to be runner up in the Sunday competition, showing real consistency over the long weekend. He managed to hit a couple of 180s on the big stage and even got to go head-to-head with professional darts player Andy Hamilton.
Charlie who represents Durham County Youth darts will be back in action at the weekend playing for Durham County.
